Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our website and our services.
This statement applies to createfoundation.co.uk. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Use clear, plain English and a consistent layout.
- Provide a “skip to main content” link and visible keyboard focus.
- Use sufficient colour contrast and never rely on colour alone.
- Give meaningful images text alternatives and mark decorative images so screen readers skip them.
- Make pages work when zoomed to 400% and on small screens.
- Respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
Some articles may contain images supplied without detailed descriptions. Where that happens we use the article title as a fallback and we are working to improve this.
Accessible training
Our kitchens and training rooms are step-free at our Leeds and Manchester hubs. If you have access needs, tell us and we’ll make reasonable adjustments to help you take part.
